RUBO-OPERATOR Sp. z o. o. was established in December 2009 after sale of tender two Gdynia Shipyard daughter companies named EURORUSZTOWANIA Grupa Stoczni Gdynia Sp. z o. o. and UNITRANS Sp. z o. o., which operate since 2005 on their own by Gdynia Shipyard to RUBO Group. UNITRANS Sp. z o. o. changed his name into RUBO-OPERATOR Sp. z o. o. and took over part of activities of EURORUSZTOWANIA Grupa Stoczni Gdynia Sp. z o. o. in scope of power, heat, water-pipe distribution, telephone and communications network service for Gdynia Shipyard. RUBO-OPERATOR Sp. z o. o. is placed in Gdynia Shipyard area.
